WHEN WILL MY DOG-E SHIP?

• All Dog-E pre-orders will ship early September 2023.

WHAT COMES WITH EACH DOG-E?

• Each Dog-E includes 1 robot dog, 1 removable collar with tag, 1 magnetic dog toy, and 1 USB Charging Cable

WHAT COLLARS WILL I RECEIVE WITH MY PREORDER?

• The first 1,000 people to pre-order Dog-E by Feb 15th, 2023 will receive one collar and tag plus an additional 4 collars with tags, one in each color. All other orders will come with just one collar and tag (styles and colors will vary).

WHAT BATTERIES DOES DOG-E NEED?

• Dog-E has a rechargeable lithium battery, so no additional batteries are required. Dog-E includes a USB cable to connect your Dog-E to an AC adapter to charge. (AC adapter not included).

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY DOG-E?

• Returns from Dog-E.com (after pre-order) will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt and are eligible on unopened products that are shipped back to us.
